SOG PowerLock Multi-Tool with Compound Leverage Technology

SOG’s PowerLock EOD is a multifunction tool that has been approved by the Government Services Administration for military use, but it is also suitable for household, jobsite, and car use. This multitool is equipped with SOG’s patented Compound Leverage, providing double the power of an average multitool when force is applied. It also includes a 1/4” magnetic ratchet driver and 1/4” magnetic hex bit driver for added utility. The product is designed to be rugged and field-ready, featuring a black oxide wax and oil conversion-coating that increases corrosion resistance and minimizes light reflection.

SOG is the only company to incorporate Compound Leverage technology into EOD tools, making it easier to crimp blasting caps and demolition cord with less hand pressure. The crimper device is positioned within the handle, minimizing damage and allowing full use of the plier surface. Additionally, the pliers are strengthened to prevent breakage of the tips. The crimper produces high pull out strength crimps that meet government fuse well specifications, and it is also GSA approved.

This multitool set includes pliers, screwdriver, scissors, knife, and wire crimper, all made of sturdy black stainless steel and suitable for Explosive Ordnance Disposal. The Compound Leverage technology makes cutting and tightening tasks twice as easy, and the multitool comes with a ballistic nylon sheath for easy carrying. The GSA-approved 420 stainless tools are securely locked in place with the PowerLock feature, ensuring their reliability even in tough conditions. The multitool is also coated with black oxide for increased durability and minimal light reflection, and the coating can be wiped clean as needed.
